SharkBite® is the manufacturer of a variety of high-performance plumbing fittings, push-fit valves, and PEX tubing. Equiparts has worked with SharkBite for over 20 years. The SharkBite Connection System simplifies almost any plumbing job. All SharkBite fittings are made of lead-free DZR brass. SharkBite fittings can be used on Copper, PEX, CPVC, PE-RT, HDPE, Polybutylene, and PVC pipe. SharkBite fittings have heavier gauge stainless steel inside rings and EPDM rubber O-rings which is a higher grade rubber that is more resistant to degradation due to chlorine, resulting in longer lasting fittings.

No tools, glue, clamps, or unions needed in installation. All fittings are certified to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and approved for use in potable water and hydronic heating water distribution. Also approved for installations behind the wall and underground without access panels.
