This ratchet cutter is from Ridgid. It has the capacity to easily cut through 1/2-inch to 2-3/8-inch hard plastic material. Made of a durable aluminum construction for heavy duty use. Ergonomic grips on the bottom handle are spaced at 1/2-inch increments to act as a quick pipe measuring scale. Utilizes a X-CEL® quick-change blade.
