INTERNATIONAL DOOR CLOSER 11934 BZ OVERHEAD CONCEALED DOOR CLOSER

This bronze overhead concealed door closer is from International Door Closer, model 231-S. Fits door sizes 31" to 41" x 96". It has a medium spring tension. It has a built-in 105º back stop no hold-open. It also has an “S" type adjustable side loading top arm assembly (½" depth top rail). It can fit in an aluminum header or transom bar that is as small as 1-¾" x 4". This closer has positive centering, which is great for alignment and to hold the door closed against normal wind or draft. Has stable hydraulic door check fluid that keeps it constantly lubricated and for any climatic operation.
