The G2 Optima Plus 8186 1.0 Flushometer by Sloan is Designed for ¾" top spud urinals. The G2 product line is Sloan’s most advanced hands free operation electronic flushometer to date. The G2 series flushometer is known to perform well in adverse conditions including high humidity, heavy traffic, low water quality situations. This flushometer is exposed, battery powered, and sensor operated with a manual push button option on top of the unit as well. This is a high efficiency unit with a single flush mechanism with 1.0 gpf flush volume. The water efficiency of this unit is considered low consumption. This unit is a great choice for facilities, schools, fitness centers, office buildings, and public and private locations alike that have a focus on both sustainability and water conservation, as well as hygiene and sanitary fixtures. The batteries included in this unit (four AA class C Duracell) will work for 6 years at a flush rate of 4,000 per month. The infrared sensors utilized by this unit use lobular technology to sense users high and low at a range of 15-30" away from the unit. The unit also has indicator lights that help in sensor adjustment, and indicate low battery life. This flushometer also performs a sentinel flush every 72 hours to help promote sanitary conditions. This unit has a polished chrome finish over its semi-red brass valve body.
