This G2 Optima Plus 8180 Conventional 3.0 GPF Sloan Flushometer has a 1¼" Vacuum Breaker and is designed for use on urinals. This battery powered, sensor operated flushometer by Sloan is in the G2 Optima Plus series, Model 8180 with a 3.0 gpf water saver flush cycle. The hands free application of this unit make it ideal in popular locations. This unit is very economical because of the fixed metering bypass and lack of external volume adjustment to ensure proper water consumption, and its battery operated metered flushing. This unit will work with urinals that require 3.0 and 3.5 GPF water consumption volumes for adequate flushing. This flushometer has a single flush mechanism with an exposed installation. This unit is designed for top spud wall mounted urinals. The unit features a sensor activation powered by battery. The infrared sensor has multiple-focused, high and low Lobular Sensing Fields that detect users. The unit also has an override push button located on top of the unit which serves as a manual push button courtesy flush. This G2 flushometer is powered with four AA alkaline batteries, which are included with the unit, and last for 3 years at a flush rate of 4,000 flushes per month. The unit also has two indicator lights, one for range adjustment, and another for low battery. This flushometer performs a sentinel flush automatically every 24 hours. High copper, low zinc brass castings for dezincification resistance. The unit is ADA compliant, has a limited 3 year manufacturer warrantee, and has a polished chrome finish over semi-red brass valve body material. Other finish options for this unit include polished brass, polished nickel, or satin chrome.
