Step-N-Wash Repair Part Information

The legacy model SNW-SS 975B is no longer available for purchase, but the repair parts for units sold from 2016 – 2025 – gas springs, non-slip treads, product labels, and mirror stickers  – are still available. 

There are also replacement parts for the new SW-975 and  SW-975-MBLK units, sold 2026 – present. The replacement parts for the new units include a non-slip tread, and a mirror sticker. There is no replacement concealed spring and damper system parts because they are designed to last for over 100,000 cycles. 

Replacement parts for Step-N-Wash units are not listed online. Call to order.
