Elkay Event in Manassas, Virginia

Elkay Fountain Filter Event Blog

We are excited to announce that we are hosting a free Elkay event at our Manassas, Virginia office this March! All are welcome to attend! This event is part of our Manassas Monthly Manufacturer Events (MMME) series.

Elkay is one of the most popular names in the business for drinking fountains, bottle fillers, sinks, faucets, and filtration. We have been providing Elkay product guidance and troubleshooting support to our customers for dozens of years. We are so proud to have Elkay join us for this series as we take our commitment to customer service and education to a new level.

At the upcoming event in our Manassas showroom, Elkay Representative John-Randall Gorby will show you what Elkay has to offer, provide hands-on demonstrations, and answer all of your Elkay questions. You can learn about the new PFAS water filters, proper filter installation, new in-home bottle fillers, as well as Elkay faucets, bottle fillers, and sinks.

At the event, John will demonstrate the correct installation orientation for water filters. It’s important to make sure the RFI chip is facing the correct way so that the fountain will work properly. John is most excited to talk to customers about Elkay’s new in-home bottle fillers, and a new PFAS filter that can remove two of the most common PFAS, also known as forever chemicals. “This is a hot topic for schools wanting to remove chemicals in city water for K -12th grade,” John said. What he likes most about the new PFAS Elkay Filter is that it works with all current Elkay bottle fillers and fountains, so it is an easy upgrade for customers with existing Elkay units. The filter is tested and certified to NSF/ANSI standards 42 and 53 for reduction of PFOA and PFOS; two prevalent PFAS chemicals, lead, Class 1 particulates, cysts, and chlorine taste and odor.

This event is a great opportunity to ask questions and get feedback about your existing Elkay systems, and discuss upgrades you are planning at your facility. We hope to see you there!
